You'll attend an intern training program geared to the line of service you choose. It will bridge the gap between your academic experience and your initial assignments.

Through case studies, practice exercises, communication modules and technology-enabled study during training, you'll learn to solve common problems in business transactions.

Once you've completed your training, you'll become an active member of a client engagement team.

From your first day of training to completion of your client engagements, you'll tap into a network that can help you for the rest of your career.

Get guidance from your personal mentors.
An experienced PwC employee will act as your mentor to help you develop your career path. You'll also have a peer mentor who can help you adjust to your office and answer your day-to-day questions.

The Internship Development Program at Disney
Imagine joining hundreds of other PwC interns at a one-week seminar at Walt Disney World. You'll participate in the same program offered to CEOs and CFOs of the world's leading corporations.  Combining the Disney Institute curriculum, renowned external speakers and PwC internal experts, this program lets you experience a one-of-a-kind opportunity. You'll develop professional skills and learn about exemplary client service as you participate in an interactive learning environment.

The Tax Development Program
If you're an advanced degree intern working in our Tax practice, you'll visit Washington, D.C. for a week-long look at tax legislation, regulation and administrative processes. Get exposure to Capitol Hill, the Treasury, the IRS and the U.S. Tax Court. Meet with experts in PwC's Washington National Tax Services practice. Hear speakers from both houses of Congress and the IRS. And have fun with other PwC interns from around the country as you attend social events at such Washington cultural icons as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
